Licensing & Training
Q1: What license classes do you offer training for?
A: We provide comprehensive training for all Ontario license levels — G1 knowledge test preparation, G2 road skills development, and full G license test preparation.
Q2: Are your instructors certified?
A: Yes, all instructors are fully certified by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) with clean driving records and specialized teaching credentials.
Q3: How many lessons do most students need?
A: Most beginners require 10–15 hours of professional instruction, but we offer free skill assessments to create personalized plans.
Q4: Do you offer winter driving lessons?
A: Yes! Our specialized winter program covers:
- Skid control techniques
- Icy road handling
- Low-visibility navigation
- Cold-weather vehicle prep
Q5: What safety measures do you have?
A: All training vehicles feature:
- Dual brake systems
- Regular sanitization
- Real-time GPS tracking

Scheduling & Logistics
Q6: Do you offer lessons outside regular business hours?
A: Absolutely! We provide evening lessons until 9 PM and weekend training (Saturdays & Sundays) to accommodate busy schedules.

A: Based in Mississauga, we serve Peel Region including Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and Etobicoke. (Service map available at bottom)
Q8: How do I book lessons?
A: Currently either call or text us at +1 (647) 829 4282 during business hours OR easily book online 24/7 through our booking portal (coming soon).
Q9: What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A: You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Late cancellations (<24hrs) incur a $25 fee.

Q10: Can I request a specific instructor gender?
A: Yes, we’ll happily accommodate your preference for male or female instructors based on availability.
Q11: What languages are lessons available in?
A: We offer instruction in English, Urdu, Hindi, Sindhi, and Punjabi. More languages may be available upon request.
Q12: How do you handle nervous beginners?
A: Our patient instructors use anxiety-reduction techniques and begin in low-traffic areas before gradually moving to complex roads.
Payment & Policies
Q13: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, e-transfer, and certified checks. Payment plans are available for package deals.
Q14: Can I get insurance discounts?
A: Yes! Graduates receive a certificate that qualifies them for up to 35% insurance discounts with most Ontario providers.
Road Test Services
Q15: Do you provide vehicles for road tests?
A: Yes! We offer test-day packages including:
- Certified vehicle rental
- 1-hour warm-up session
- Pickup/drop-off (home or test center)
Q16: What should I bring to my first lesson?
A: Please bring:
- Valid G1 license
- Comfortable shoes
- Prescription glasses (if needed)
- Completed enrollment form (emailed after booking)
